This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through parallelentrepreneur.com (the “Site”) and our related services, how we use it, and the choices you have. • Information you provide. When you join our newsletter, apply to the Network, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email address, and any information you choose to share in your application or messages.
• Application and contact data. Membership applications and contact-form messages are submitted through Formspree, which processes the form data on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to collect standard analytics (pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location based on IP address) to understand and improve the Site. See “Analytics & Your Choices” below for how to opt out.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Operate and improve the Site and the Network;
• Review membership applications and communicate with you about them;
• Send newsletters and updates about new podcast episodes and the Network (only where you have consented);
• Respond to your inquiries; and
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties that may process limited data on our behalf:

• Google Analytics measures Site traffic and usage. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy and its How Google uses information from sites that use our services notice.
• Formspree receives and relays membership applications and contact-form messages.
• Transistor hosts and serves the podcast player embedded on the Site.
• YouTube / Google serves embedded video.
• Email/newsletter provider delivers the messages you subscribe to.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & Tracking

The Site and embedded third-party content use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to make features work. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions and to measure how the Site is used; the information generated (including a truncated IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality. See “Analytics & Your Choices” below to opt out of Google Analytics specifically.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or use your browser’s “Do Not Track” / global privacy control signals. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see “Your Rights”).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
